Sales Manager

General Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any
    Major
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field in
    IT Industry with similar kind of company (solution / project
    base)
  • Required skill (s): Sales, Finding Leads, Negotiation,
    Presentation & Communication, Creating Proposals.
  • Team Player, Responsible, Proactive

Responsibilities :

  • In charge of requirements gathering and compiling offers
    (analysis, writing, presentation, defense, negotiation)
  • Proactively communicating with new and existing customers
    offering our solution and professional services
  • Prepare document for sales transaction (For Example;
    Quotation Letter, Proposals, Sales Agreement, Project
    Acceptance)
  • Building relationship with partners and clients and find new
    leads, clients.
  • Creating regular reports to the superior of status of the
    projects, also reporting to Director regularly of opportunities,
    meetings.
  • Responsible to manage implementation of the programs in
    Client’s field from the beginning until the end of the contract
  • Responsible to make the projects running well and to satisfy
    the clients through programs, activities, contest, etc. Managing
    team to provide support for clients.
  • Letter, and any related sales processes documents
  • To arrange and coordinate sales meetings and follow ups after
    the meetings
  • To make correspondence and document filling of unit sales
    documents
