Internal Project Management

In this role you’ll lead of planning, organizing, and overseeing a project from its beginning through to its completion. It involves a series of processes and activities aimed at achieving project goals and objectives within defined constraints, such as time, budget, and scope. Effective project management ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Internal Business Processes across companies within Group Level
  • Proposing an Improved Business Process Model
  • Proposing Solution and Budget
  • Create a strategic plan to implement the project
  • Leading the implementation of the project by coordinating both internal and external stakeholders

General Requirement

  • At least 10 years of experience as a PMO in multiple industries
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, or equivalent
  • Proficient in English (at least C2 CEFR)
  • Strong written & and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management using different frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Business Knowledge Concepts, such as revenue, organizational structure, cost management, etc.
  • Communication across entities and countries
  • Strong personality with a European mindset
